SUPERVISION:

Clinical supervision is process of professional support and learning for practitioners to develop their knowledge, skills, and professional practice. It provides a safe space for reflection on both positive and challenging aspects of their work, which helps the practitioner both professionally and for self-care.
Clinical supervision can be offered to any staff dealing with emotional wellbeing challenges faced when working with children and young people. This includes Designated Safeguarding Leads and Deputies.
